Admission to Jane Addams High School is open to residents of Chicago between the ages of 16-20.
Prospective scholars must provide the following forms of documentation:
- Completed application packet (parent signature required)
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Residency (Utility bill or lease)
- Proof of income
- Transcripts
- Withdraw/Drop Slip from previous high school
- Medical Records from previous high school
- Copy of IEP (if special education)
New students accepted to Jane Addams High Schools will additionally:
- Schedule and take assessment test ($20 fee at time of testing)
- Attend New Scholar Orientation (Parent must attend with Scholar)
- Pay activity fee prior to start date (Discounts for early enrollment)
- Agree to follow all school rules
